This jersey is a step up from the quest, it has breathable mesh along the sides which is nice. I purchased a large, I am 6' 180 lbs and have a large upper body. I may have been able to wear a medium, the mesh seems to make this jersey a little looser than the quest which does not have mesh, however the medium would have been painted on. I paid around 50 for this and would say it was worth at least 65. The sweatproof/zippered pocket is nice too.

Nice loose fitting jersey with good back side pockets for carrying food, water, phone, etc. Material is cool in warm S. Fla weather.

I have three of these jerseys (red, yellow, white). They fit well and the quality of construction is excellent - luxurious material and precise sewing.
Amazon's price was less than the Pearl Izumi website; these can also sometimes be found on ebay for even less.
