Product Description
Hop in the saddle wearing the Pearl Izumi Elite In-R-Cool Cut Shorts, and you've given yourself the best possible chance of staying cool over long, hot rides. As much as you want to spin totally naked, you've got to cover something up, so Active Ultrasensor fabric does the trick while wicking away sweat and moisture. A 3D Elite chamois pads high-pressure zones around your junk, doesn't add unnecessary weight, rocks active carbon yarns that fight bacteria, and has a ventilated construction. With an eight-panel anatomical design, this short provides a light-compression fit to maximize muscle efficiency so you can spin with power.

shorts for shorts
By Eli Sat, ISRAEL
I'm well known in the MTB scene in Israel. For more than 50 years I had a problem buying shorts from the shelf, because I'm short. Recently I perchased Pearl Izumi Men's Elite intercool CUT (short insem) at Amazon's Bikesomewhere and for the 1st time... you understand the rest... the product fits me snugly, it's of good quality and not less important the price I paid was the lowest I found in the web, shiping was for free (within USA), and the whole process worked like a Swiss watch.

Best Bicycle Shorts
By Ericthedesigner
I've used Pearl Izumi shorts for 12 years. Great heat transfer in the hot climates, best fabric for no chafing and the padding is to of the line. But be aware Amazon's sizing chart for these shorts are wrong. Check the sizing chart on the Pearl Izumi website for the real size. I bought a large, I have a 31 to 32 inch waste and the sizing chart supplied by amazon said I need a large. I have always bought a medium before, but these shorts last a long time and I haven't had to buy any for 4 years. I thought maybe the sizing has changed, but I was wrong. So check the makers site first.

Great bike shorts!
By Shigi
I like all the features/technology that comes with these shorts. The SPF is great, comfortable chamois, and nice reflective features. Be aware that they are definetly a shorter cut. They end higher on the thigh then the stock photo represents, esp. when you are actually on your bike. When standing, they rest lower. I like the higher cut, esp. in the summer. They are much more comfortable then my old bike shorts though the chamois pad is more noticable to me when I'm walking aroung in them.
