This jacket is a great mid-layer for running or working outdoors in winter months. I went up a size to the XL to make more room for two thin base layers. The fit around the waist, sleeves, and neck is perfect for my frame. The material is very soft and a bit stretchy. The color is very bright and would stand out even on sunny days (if you run or cycle on busy roads). Overall, I give it five stars and would recommend to others...

I use this jacket for both biking and running. For running it has been warm enough with a long sleeve base layer underneath for 35-40 degree days with no complaints. It doesn't really stop wind but has been very good beyond that.
